Vendalink is a hosted portal for logging what every machine takes, working out what each site owner is owed, and handing them a payout receipt they can actually read. Nothing to install. No database to build. We set your account up and send you the login.

What it does
Six jobs, one login
The codes match the keypad above. Each one is a screen in the portal — not a module you pay extra for.
Machine overview
Every machine on one page, split into active and inactive, with a photo of the unit so you know which one you're looking at before you read the label.
Takings log
Record each collection against a machine and a date. Totals per machine, per site and per period build themselves as you go.
Commission rates
Set the rate for each site once. The portal applies it to the takings and shows the split, so you're not re-checking percentages in a spreadsheet at month end.
Payout receipts
The payout card prints like a till receipt — sized for 58 mm, 80 mm or 100 mm thermal rolls, or A4 if the site owner wants it on file.
Credit notes
Raise a branded PDF credit note straight from a payout statement: credit note number, issue date, original invoice, account number, reason and who authorised it.
Your branding
Upload your logo and set your company details, currency and receipt size. Site owners see your business on every screen and every receipt.

Three steps, and they're in order
Accounts are set up by hand, so nobody lands in an empty portal wondering what to do first.
Ask for an account
Tell us your company name and how many machines you run. We create the account and email your login for www.app.vendalink.co.uk.
Add your machines and sites
Name each machine, add a photo, set the site and the commission rate. Most operators are done in an evening.
Log a collection
Enter the take. The overview updates, the statement builds, and the payout receipt is ready to print.
Put your commissions on the record
Ask for an account and we'll set you up with your own branding in place, then send you your login at www.app.vendalink.co.uk.
